    I am complaining because I am deaf and have my own hard of hearing fire alarms owned by social services and when engineers attended yesterday they wanted to remove them I insisted no.one of engineers rang spokemead and then told me I had to have the electricity run fire alarms in every room and I had to fill in refusal form.i panicked as my son could not be here and he already told not to touch my fire alarms.in the end 15 alarms put in said Southwark policy when they left checked policy yes have to have fire alarms from lighting do not insist hard of hearing alarms so I feel they have labelled my disability as a problem never felt like this.also they keep telling me I cancelled 4 times but forget they cancelled so alright for you to cancel. I contacted southwark and they cannot believe 15 alarms as sit in front room with pad under cushion and 1 in bedroom with pad owed by social services so why in yours electric run in front room kitchen and 4 bedroom when not southwark policy we have complained to southwark as they cannot believe 15.

    I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Luke Alexander, the Electrical Engineer who visited my home today. His professionalism, thoughtful nature, and exceptional attitude made a remarkable impression on me. Throughout the inspection and testing process, Luke was friendly, polite, respectful, and went above and beyond his duties. For example, when I asked if he would mind covering his shoes with the overshoes I provided, he accepted without hesitation and respected my request pleasantly, with a cheerful smile on his face; he even offered to remove his shoes altogether. Because of Luke's amazing attitude, it was a pleasurable experience having him complete the work at my house today. Employees like Luke are a tremendous asset and significantly contribute to a positive impression of your company. I hope his outstanding service will be recognized and rewarded.     Left Electric meter not working. Have to wait over 1 month for appointment to fix. Dont let these jokers in your yard.. If you knew the meter would be broken after the works *which clearly you did*, they should never have gone ahead. Still broken.

    Hello Mr Baker, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience following the replacement of your fuseboard and the installation of your new smoke alarm system. At Spokemead Maintenance we pride ourselves on our high standards of work and the review you have left refers to your faulty electricity meter. The meter is owned by your electricity supplier and as such we do not carry out any works or alterations to the meter. Our operative who carried out the works in your property did explain this to you and it was then further explained to you when our contracts manager came and carried out a post inspection of the works. You did not complain about our workmanship and also gave us a 4 star rating on the customer satisfaction survey. Whilst I understand your frustration with the timescales provided by your electricity provider to attend and fix your faulty meter, it is not a reflection on the works carried out in your property by Spokemead Maintenance Ltd.

    I was driving home from work and the driver of this companies vehicle was extremely dangerous, the driver was swearing and using inappropriate hand gestures when I was waiting for an emergency vehicle to pass. He later overtook myself at speed breaking the speak limit and putting myself and other people at risk. I have tried to email this company however the email provided is not working. After working a long shift at this hospital I am disgusted by this drivers behaviour. This reflects extremely poorly on this company. I hope to soon hear from this company on this matter.

    I have put one star as I had to to post a review. Otherwise there would be no star. My block in SE1 is having internal works done. The workmen do not wear masks inside the building, they do not even have a mask on but pulled down. No masks at all. About an hour ago I was waiting for the lift to go up to my home. Out pops a worker from the lift that he should not be using, with no mask on from a tiny confined lift that I had to enter. I asked him why he had no mask and he said he didn’t have to as there is nobody about. I said he does have to and he threatened me telling me ‘don’t you dare talk to me like that!’ None of them wear masks. When you try to walk past in the hall they don’t move and just carry on yapping on at each other with no masks and no consideration. My Mum and friends can’t visit because of covid, but these Neanderthals are ok to act like this in my place of residence? Nice job Spokemead.
