  I had a new Mixergy hot water cylinder, radiator, thermostat, and 2 old tanks replaced in the loft. The work was completed to a very high standard with everything neatly installed, including all the old pipework in the airing cupboard replaced and tidied up. The overall experience was excellent and stress free, I couldn't recommend enough. A job well done, thanks!

  From the moment of speaking and meeting Wes from Ambient, I knew I was in great hands! My hot water store decided to crack and leak, and after calling out an "emergency plumber" who attended and left me completely without water and left, I was put in touch with Wes from Ambient. Wes attended my property to quote on the storage and got the cold water running again without any hesitation. The team, including Sarah, went out of their way to help provide my home with hot water and heat again, moving jobs around, picking up the new Mixergy unit to get my family home back habitable in this cold winter. The work was bang on to the quote, both Wes and Cam were promptly on time every day, friendly, kept me informed on what was happening, even provided me extra heaters to keep my family warm while the work was ongoing, which was not something they "had" to do, but shows what a great caring company they are. The work itself is the neatest I have ever seen, the Mixergy tank and Hive are great pieces of kit to control and save money on heating and both Cam and Wes clearly take pride in their work and provide an A class service to their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Ambient to others as I cannot praise them enough. I will absolutely use them again in the future for yearly services and any other work that may need doing, as nothing was too much effort for the guys. If you need work doing and are unsure with the over saturation of "experts", let down by non responsive Checkatrade businesses, your first call should ALWAYS be Ambient Heating!!
