  If I could give them zero stars, I would. We had to hire a separate company to come in and fix all the issues. The piping was sealed with duct tape, holes were left in the brickwork, and our decking boards were used to fill the gaps. We gave them several chances to come back and fix the problems, but they stopped all communication. Avoid! We are now in the process of taking legal action.
