  We had a 5kW Alpha ESS inverter and 10kW battery installed. The West Coast team were a pleasure to deal with throughout, from an efficient, attractive quotation to good communications to plan the install, then installation in a single day, commissioning and follow up support. The installation team were quick, respectful and very tidy. It is great to experience such excellent customer service and technical expertise!

  After spending several months researching different companies I decided to go with west coast for my solar and battery installation and I'm very happy with the service I received, Scott was very knowledgeable and continues to be of help several months after install. Once I gave the go ahead it was all done and dusted within a week with the minimum of disruption and I can honestly say system is performing better than I expected, if your thinking of getting solar stop thinking about it because you won't regret it and I can highly recommend west coast, many thanks to Scott and all the team 👍

  Full install of panels, battery and inverter undertaken by West Coast Electrical and Renewables by Scott/Luke and the team. From start to finish A1. So happy I chose this company out of the 1000’s phoning me daily after enquiries. No pushy sale, told me what I needed, best prices and the lads that installed the best in the business. No rush for funds, superb after sales support and I know if any issues then just give them a call. Anybody interested in PV then this company is the number 1. Thank you.

  As I sit here on a sunny morning monitoring the app for my Solar panel installation ploughing electricity into the national grid I want to thank the West Coast team for their professionalism and support. The Installation went really well and the guys were great and very appreciative of the deserved hot drinks and chocolate biscuits. The back office team were really helpful in dealing with someone with little understanding of this technology. Thanks guys!

  My experience with West Coast has been excellent. The staff in the office and staff who installed the solar panels were thoroughly professional, respectful and pleasant. Throughout the installation, the communication was excellent. I am delighted with the whole experience and would wholeheartedly recommend them

  We recently had solar panels and battery storage installed by West Coast, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. From the initial consultation through to installation and handover, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain the system clearly, answered all our questions without any pressure, and designed a setup that works really well for our home and energy usage. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard — the team were punctual, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. Since the system went live, everything has performed exactly as expected, and it’s already making a noticeable difference. It’s reassuring to know the installation has been done properly and future-proofed with battery storage as well. I’d highly recommend West Coast to anyone considering solar and battery installation. A genuinely excellent service from start to finish.

  Can’t fault West Coast Electrical. From initial survey to fitting solar panels and battery they have been excellent. Efficient, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, respectful, went the extra mile and tidied up after the work was completed. Customer service is excellent, any questions I had were immediately answered and I am confident that West Coast will manage my system effectively. I have already seen a reduction in my electricity bills.

  Extremely happy with everything from West Coast Renewables. From the beginning there was no pressure and I was able to change my install after the first quote to meet my needs. Scott was excellent from start to finish and always available to answer questions he had probably been asked over and over before. I had 4 quotes and West Coast was by far the best and fitted into everything I wanted. The actually install was excellent and quick, and Scott and the team have been available to help me to set up with my service provider and offer me impartial advice. Very Satisfied

  I had Scott and the team install a 28 panel solar system with a massive 30Kw battery storage. Scott was knowledgeable and recommended the perfect system for our needs with no hard sell at all, as the savings spoke for themselves. The system has so far massively reduced electricity costs at the property. The team worked quickly cleanly and efficiently despite the installation taking place in mid winter. Highly recommended 🙂
