  I had my Ecodan ASHP installed end of October 2025, the pre sales service was excellent, everything was explained/presented in a clear & concise manner, the survey & output documents were 1st class, installation was seamless, Ryan & team were extremely professional & treated our home with the utmost respect and left everything clean & tidy, the after sales experience has also been excellent, with any snagging or issues/questions I had they were resolved in a timely manner & nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend Renewafuel for any installations

  My partner purchased an air source heat pump for our home four years ago through Renewafuel, and it has since become clear that we were seriously mis-sold the system. Independent assessment has confirmed the unit installed is oversized for the property, the primary pipework was undersized, and the overall installation was poorly designed. As a result, we are now paying a qualified plumber to rectify issues that should never have existed in the first place. The installer’s attitude at the time was rude and unapproachable, which in hindsight reflects the standard of workmanship carried out. Renewafuel’s aftercare has been virtually non-existent, leaving us with no option but to fund corrective works ourselves. Having since read numerous similar reviews, it appears this is not an isolated experience but a recurring issue. I would strongly advise anyone considering Renewafuel to do thorough independent checks before proceeding.

  Had solar panels installed by this company and the whole experience has been terrible. Once they took the money, they disappeared. They promised to install a switch so we'd have power from the grid during an outage — it was never fitted. They've ignored emails for almost two years, and we're now having to get the equipment manufacturer involved just to get a solution. Don’t be misled by their positive reviews. They offer customers discounts in exchange for leaving them, which says it all. A completely unprofessional, unreliable company that doesn’t care about after-sales service. Avoid.

  Never dealt with this Co but constantly bombarded with emails. Reported as spam many times but still comes back. If this is how they rub the business I wouldn't touch them.

  Hi Mr Burton If you just unsubscribe from the email marketing you would not receive them its a very simple process. We do like to send out information on how to save money on energy bills for our clients as this can be very beneficial to help them take control of their energy costs. I feel bombarded is very excessive as we send approx one per week maybe you should educate yourself a little more on how to unsubscribe to save upset as we pride ourselves on customers relations and work very strongly from referrals & recommendations so I can assure you our clients are very happy on the way we RUB as you put it the business.   I did not know too much about Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Panels but after my first meeting with the Renewafuel representative everything was made clear to me in a way I could understand fully, all of the equipment fitted Air Source Pump and Solar Panels etc. are of high quality and fitted to the highest standard. The team fitting the Heat Pump were excellent and and kept me informed as to what was going on and went that extra mile to ensure I was happy with the end result, great team of guys and very approachable and kept the house clean at all times. Great team fitting the Solar Panels also, you would have hardly known they were here apart from a little banging on the roof at times. Electrician wiring the batteries and fitting car charger was also excellent and was also able to answer any questions we had. I must also mention the Renewafuel back in the office who were very helpful and always available to answer any questions or fix any issues we had. To sum up all the people we dealt with at Renewafuel were excellent and the customer service was superb, all equipment fitted aw of a very high standard and the work was carried out professionally and to the highest of standards and I would highly recommend looking at Renewafuel if looking to fit a Heat Pump, Solar Panels or a Car Charger. Great job and thank you all so much.

  A fantastic company with PERFECT customer service What a fantastic company! From the very first visit to the final day it has been a pleasure having Renewafuel install my new Heat pump. I was kept fully informed every step of the way. The 3 workmen that installed the heating system in my home were quite simply awesome! The politest guys I’ve ever met, and they were all brothers! I cannot speak highly enough about Renewafuel. I had a little delay/issue regarding the rubbish which wasn’t collected when it should have been, but Renewafuel went out of their way to ensure it was collected as soon as possible. I have a lovely warm house with lots of new radiators and a system which is working perfectly! Thankyou!!!

  My friend has had an air source heat pump fitted by this company and has had nothing but problems with it and it's only a few weeks old. The company don't seem to respond and have left my elderly friends struggling with no heating or hot water in freezing cold weather. I won't be using this company. One star is one too many. This is not a "prank review" this is a genuine problem. I have spoken with Katie and so has my friend. Hopefully this problem will now be resolved!.

  From what I can tell they use 3rd party installers, we had full central heating installed with ASHP they turned up and did not know that we had stipulated no pipework down the walls. External wiring still not finished properly copex missing off mains wiring. Pipe was blocked and 2 radiators did not work so they had to come back. 1 radiator came off the wall and you could see 6 attempts to fit the bracket electric screwdriver breaking off screws in the wall, so they had to move it.

  The transaction from beginning to end was faultless .. Luke was very knowledgable and kind . Blaine who came to install our 2 Battery units was neat and tidy and answered all our questions also in a friendly manner .. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you .
