  Their customer service is really bad, i got appointment for Friday at 12pm, I asked day off from my work, they didn’t come surveying. The reason is they are busy. If you are busy why you booked another appointment ?

  Fantastic and seamless install from start to finish. The whole team are professional, courteous and hard working. Asked them to hide as much of the wiring as possible and they achieved it, even running it down behind the rainwater pipe, which I hadn’t thought of. Highly recommend this company.

  Very professional good installation. Were happy and flexible enough to provide changes to the installation, exchanging the inverter for a higher rated unit although it had been delivered. I would recommend to use to any potential customer

  Have just finished having solar panels installed and have been extremely happy with the process from start to finish. Tom was extremely helpful with regard to the set up that would be most effective for us. The quote was clear and showed us different options - with further possibilities to add batteries in the future. The install team were excellent and worked incredibly hard on site, during all weather! They kept us updated with their progress and were tidy and respectful. A great team :)

  Just finished the install and looks and working great. But let me start my review at the start with Tom who came to do the quote etc. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions, quote i was happy with, very competitive and even when I get adding things nothing was an issue. Once ordered they took care of the paper work and kept me informed on the progress for approval (we had a bigger system installed). Also helped me as I wanted a shed like building to house the batteries and inverter mainly to keep warm in the winter. The scaffolding came, up quick no mess and was brillant. The team turned up to fit, we had a slight issue with wrong panels turning up, but they sorted it and all was good. They worked hard and tidied up after themselves. The end job is massively impressive, we have 21 panels over 2 roofs, with 14kwh battery. All working well right now as they have just left. Must not spend too much time on the app which I find interesting and easy to use. Most important question would i recommend to anybody, the answer is yes most definitely.

  Amazing service from Tom and the team. Following a fault with my inverter tripping, they were able to come out first thing the following morning to deal with the issue (probably caused by the original installer cutting corners). Wish I'd used Solar Solutions Oxford in the first place - cannot recommend highly enough!
