  Darko and the team at EcoWatt were great. We wanted solar for our victorian terraced house with a dormer loft conversion. Relative to many of the other suppliers who gave a generic approach and recommendation for the system, Darko was able to optimise and tweak the proposed system allowing us to double the active solar panel area and hence output. The generation capabilities make a huge difference in ROI. Darko was also able to give good impartial advice across the major battery brands and inverter technologies again to pick what would be optimal for our use case (A Tesla PowerWall 3, but without the backup switch). Installation was neat and tidy and they took care of the rest of our home.

  After deciding on solar panels, I looked at three companies to fit them and the equipment .Two came in too high a price and they estimated remotely. Whilst this is convenient for the companies, I had a load of questions that only someone on the ground could answer. I felt such an investment required my queries being answered by someone standing next to me like where will the cables run or where to position the inverter and battery. This is when my fortunes shone bright so to speak! I came upon Darko’s company Eco Watt Solutions through Give Energy and I looked at positive reviews given by many others and studied the website which showed the high standard works done by the company and I could immediately see that this was a good professional company that I wanted to consult. Darko is a dedicated professional who truly looks after his customers from the first consultation to designing the system to the signing off of the panels. His experience and knowledge will allow you to make the right decision when choosing batteries, inverters and the solar equipment according to your aspect or aspects. His workers that fixed the panels were hard working and did a first rate job while Darko fitted the electrical equipment and also helped set up the app for Give Energy in my case. This allows full remote control of the charging and discharging for making the most economical decisions according to the tariff you choose and also seeing how the energy charges the battery or exports to the grid. I would easily recommend Darko to fit solar and other electrical work and in fact I have as my neighbour has engaged his services for solar panels and battery with inverter. Darko enjoys turning challenging jobs into successes leading to happy customers. 🤗

  Darko was recommended to me by a neighbour, so I saw his work beforehand. He is very knowledgeable and the suggestions and advice he gave for installing solar panels and battery for my property have left me extremely pleased that I chose him as my installer.   Eco Watt Solutions came when they said, and items would be delivered, everyone was very polite, clean and tidied-up after themselves at each stage of the workings. Finished on time and on budget. Very pleased with the end result. Would not hesitate to refer the company.

  I first hired Darko based on a recommendation from my plumber, who relies on him for electrical work during heat pump installations. Since then, I’ve had Darko install a 3-phase consumer unit and carry out various other electrical upgrades to clean up what was a very messy and outdated system. I’ve been extremely pleased with his work every time we’ve called on him—I can’t fault it. Darko is not only enthusiastic and passionate about new energy systems but also pragmatic and practical, which makes his advice invaluable. This field is evolving rapidly, but as an enthusiast, Darko stays up to date with current and emerging technologies. I’ve always appreciated his expertise and forward-thinking approach.

  I normally don't write reviews but I have to commend Darko and his team. I have dealt with many contractors and electricians over the years. The Eco Watt team are so professional, friendly and helpful. They go well beyond the call of duty to help and answer questions and are always reasonable in their quotes. We have had a solar system with battery storage installed as well as a whole host of other electrical work. They have also fixed issues that multiple previous electricians couldn't. I would thoroughly recommend Darko and team and won't hesitate to ask for their services again.

  Darko installed out solar panels with battery sometime in June. The communication before installation and after installation was great. Darko is very knowledgeable person and could explain my options. The work carried out was on time and very neat. They really took care about all the details even small ones like colour of the cable matching the facade. My overall experience was really good and I afterwards I asked Darko to come back for a few unrelated electrical jobs that needed doing in the house. I would recommend Darko based on quality of the work, timelines, attention to detail as well as price.
