  We have used Premlex twice now to install light fittings including a large chandelier above a stairwell which required internal scaffolding. We have had a great experience both times. The electricians arrived promptly, were polite, and focused, and got the job done as expected - checking in with us as they went about placements and details. They worked hard and tidied up after themselves before leaving. We will definitely use again in future. Thank you very much.

  What an excellent firm! Third time they've done work for me and always 100% reliable. Guy today turned up ahead of schedule, worked at pace and efficiently explaining elements of the job, and tidied up after himself Oh for more businesses with this level of reliability/professionalism.

  We required an EV charger install. Premlex surveyed and quoted the price which was extremely competitive. We accepted and the install was flawless. Their engineers work was clean and tidy and flawless. Would recommend Premlex to anyone requiring electrical work. Definitely using them to quote and install solars later in the year.

  Called Premlex as I had a faulty light circuit. A prompt reply on the phone and an appointment was booked. A detailed email was sent prior to appointment and named the electrician who would come. Josh arrived on time. He was professional and polite. He kept us informed throughout the appointment as to the issues that were causing the problem. I would highly recommend Premlex as an efficient company.

  The booking process was excellent and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. An electrician was available and able to come out within a day or two. The electrician was polite,friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the service. He did a thorough test and even a video of the issue with the oven which was established was not an electrical problem anyway. I will definitely be using their services again and would be happy to recommend them.

  I received outstanding service from Premlex Electrical. I had been informed by a Hotpoint Engineer that I needed RCD fused spurs on my hardwired washing machine before he would look at it. I contacted Premlex and Liam came with these but he told me they were unnecessary since my fuse box was RCD protected already. He tested the sockets to make sure the RCD protection was working. Liam then went the extra mile by helping move the washing machine into the garage since the Hotpoint Engineer had also told me the machine would have to be moved since there was not enough space to work on it. Communication with Premlex was excellent and they only charged me for labour and they also issued me with a certificate to show the engineer that all was safe. I can't fault their service and would recommend them without hesitation.
