  I witnessed a member of this company assault a young man outside a shop twice, one of which was a head injury admitting him to hospital needing stitches. The employee also assaulted and broke a member of the public’s phone for attempting to record his outrage (twisted the arm of an elderly lady). The employee is still employed by the company with no action taken. STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

  cant drive and got called a racial slur by one of yhere drivers!!!!

  We arranged 3 services with EDSB and gave very clear instructions about contact details for the engineers. Unfortunately none of these instructions were observed, which has led to a failed attendance. We've now tried for a week to urgently get the failed service rebooked, but EDSB seems only focused on getting new sales but doesn't seem to bother and actually find a solution to a problem they've caused. Avoid this company.

  Probably not a bad company but their drivers wink at random women on the motorway. Can't be trusted. Looking at you, Mr. Blackwall Tunnel London Friday at approx 17.00 01.06.18. Hopefully you don't have a Mrs and if you do, hopefully she doesn't see this review. Whoopppps..
