  When we needed an estate agent, we invited half a dozen or so to give us a valuation. Now, if someone else was in the same position, I would tell them not to bother looking around. Just ring Steven Thomas of Watkins Thomas. Excellent service from start to finish. A very personal service, it felt more like a good friend dealing with the whole process.   Where to start.. I would have no hesitation in using Watkins & Thomas once again if & when I decided to move... I arranged for Anthony to come & value the property & from there onwards the whole team kept me updated with all viewings & how things were progressing.   Superb estate agents, cannot recommend them too highly. From the first visit to the completion of the sale they were wonderful! I sat back while Steven Thomas and his lovely team did all the work. They communicate very well, are good at calming the house sale terrors and gave me confidence in the process. Great!
