    New gas boiler fitted. Quick and clean. No nasty surprises. James also gave some time and advice on a separate issue. Much appreciated. Any work needed in the future, I will go to APG first.

    he was here for less than 30 minutes. he didn't follow gas, save isolation practise didn't switch the electric or the gas off. And he didn't even fill the service book I had to go running after him to catch him to do it. And this is the way he filled it in my next door's kid could do better.

    Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and have reviewed the engineer’s attendance records, job documentation, and service data relating to your appointment. Our records show the engineer was on site for approximately 53 minutes, verified through tracker and geo-location logs, during the visit, the boiler casing was removed, internal components were inspected, the condensate trap and magnetic system filter were checked/cleaned, and the appliance was fully reassembled following completion of the service. In addition, multiple on-site digital combustion and operating pressure tests were carried out and recorded during the visit, with time-stamped results generated across the appointment. These checks form part of a thorough boiler service and confirm active testing was completed during attendance. With regard to your comments about safe isolation, our engineers are trained to follow appropriate procedures relevant to the appliance and work being undertaken. We have seen no evidence indicating unsafe practices occurred during this visit. Regarding the service record book, we understand your comments on presentation. While the entry may have been completed in marker pen rather than standard pen, the details were completed and remain legible but we apologise you were disappointed. We always welcome genuine feedback and appreciate the opportunity to review our services. Based on the evidence available to us, we are satisfied that a full service appointment was carried out appropriately on this occasion.
