  If I could give zero I would give zero. MOT compliance staff is rude when tried to make appointment. They also don’t respond the phone calls at all. Make drivers to go in person and book MOT. Also the tester made a mess in the boot of my car. It was tidy and organised before test and after the test it was a mess. Not professional at all. Taxi drivers have booking issues with this test centre.

  Ellie Friell needs to be more educated on the process of issues and complaints and not send people in the wrong direction because you don't want to do any work or you feel lazy.

  On Tuesday November 4th Danny from ODS came to wire up the electrics for my kitchen extractor fan. He did a fantastic job and went over and above given that it was not a straight forward job, he was extremely helpful and friendly. The aesthetics look absolutely amazing, much better than I expected. He really is excellent at his job and obviously takes pride in the outcome that he achieved. Thank you so much Danny.

  Helped me so much with my car last minute! Anytime I had any issues, he made sure that he’d be able to sort it out and ran through the issues that occurred! Highly recommended
