  Terrible company. Their work is shoddy and the sub contractors they use are just as bad. Turn up without making appointments, don't turn up when they are supposed to and the work they actually do is very poor quality. The scaffolding company they used ( Knight scaffolding SW ) damaged my property and left without fixing it despite MD Group telling me it would be fixed at no cost to myself. They have no idea what is going on within the company and have appalling communication with their clients. Workers turning up a week early expecting to just get on with the work, turning up without appointments even being made and hiring cowboys as sub contractors. These are just a few of the issues iv have had with them but the list is very long. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE!

  Would like to share my positive experience with one of your electricians Jamie that visited our property. He was helpful, kind, kept us informed all the way exactly what he was doing and how long each task would take. He was very happy to talk and get along with his hard work. Very experienced and talented young man. Thanks Jamie 😊

  I don’t get how this company are aloud to get away with what they do always cancelling appointments never showing up either horrendous to deal with as well they shouldn’t be aloud to get away with what they do granted there as some good ones at md group as I have had really good ones as I request the same people but recently there getting worse I have put to date 17 complaints into my housing association about them as well

  Kenny came to our home to eliminate the mould we had in our bathroom we have waited 5 years to get this done, he was an absolutely legend hard worker and he did an outstanding job, very professional never stopped working and the bathroom was transformed if you ever use this branch you will not be disappointed happy to have any of the team come back to our home 🤩

  My housing association have employed these cowboy builders to carry out work on our apartments - the rest of these reviews are completely accurate, they are HORRENDOUS!!!! The Tenant liaison officers constantly lie, pretend they have been working on your flat but have not even attended the property. Constantly mess things up, they have left me with a ceiling that’s about to cave in but after chasing them for weeks they just can’t be bothered to fix it. DO NOT LET THEM IN TO YOUR PROPERTY! They leave a trail of destruction and seem to find it amusing. They need to be struck off and should not have contracts with housing associations with vulnerable residents that they take advantage of.

  I wouldn’t even bother letting this lot into your house . Was left without a kitchen for weeks after they didn’t order anything correctly but proceeded to rip out the kitchen anyway . 8weeks on still without kitchen cupboard doors . The tiling is very sub standard I feel pissed every time I look at it.Don’t blame the workman as they’re probably asked to do things out of their skill set . But avoid at all costs .

  What an absolute. Joke this company is put it this way any work need doing in my property. The council will not be sending this company coz I will refuse the work to be done by them. Complete and utter messers last Thursday dpm my floor last fri latex Monday no one turned up or called me Tuesday 2 nd lot latex weds. Today no one turns up to lay Lino or no calls so been a week with no kitchen The girls on the desk ain’t got a clue what there booking or doing either. My 5 year old nephew could probably organise. Things better.
