  We recently had the entire house rewired, a major job with new lights and all the wiring and I couldn’t be more impressed with the work Karl’s team did. Karl, the owner, and his colleague Connor made a potentially stressful process so much smoother. Connor, especially, was outstanding, hardworking, and incredibly reliable. He put in long hours, and his dedication really stood out. We also had two young guys on the team they were really helpful , polite and eager to learn. Both Karl and Connor were so kind, and they reassured us throughout a big upheaval. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. They turned a daunting project into a much more manageable and even positive experience. P.S. They do enjoy their chocolate Hobnob biscuits!

  I rang Tack Electrical Solutions to help my install a new pendant light. I had attempted to install the new light myself but found the wiring coming from the ceiling more complicated than expected. Karl arrived within an hour of my call, talked me through the wiring and why it was more complicated than expected. He was neat, tidy and a pleasure to deal with. I was very pleased with the work carried out, the transparency of fees and the speed to return my call and attend. I would absolutely recommend Karl to anyone who has electrical needs. He’s a real superhero!

  Scary- nobody I knew had a reliable electrician. By chance, Karl’s leaflet had come through my door. Looking at the video of Karl Brooks on Tack Electrical, I knew I could trust him to make my house safe. He came to see me the same day and sent a written quote. Connor came Friday and worked like a hero for nine hours. New fuse board, two new lighting bars, security light, two new switches, earthing done properly, shed and extension connections made safe, all at a price I had predicted. Courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring. Like Karl said, ‘This is what we do, all day every day’. Brilliant!!

  This is the second time I used Karl. I am very please with his work. After completing his job, he tidies up and takes everything with him which is nice. A very pleasant and reliable electrician.

  Karl troubleshooted and then fixed an issue with my ceiling spotlights. The response from calling him was quick, very transparent in terms of what the may or may not be able to do on the first visit, and I was kept up to date by text/email in advance of them arriving on the same day. He solved the problem, sorted parts and clearly explained what had happened and why. It's the third time I've used Tack now for electrical jobs, from quick fixes like this to installing a new consumer unit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
