  Found Electrics Fixed in the local tracker and used them on our Solar. Very pleased with the outcome. Pleasant fellows who done a great job and left the place nice and tidy.

  Electricsfixed came out to check out my solar system which had not been looked over for 5 years. The charge was very reasonable and the electricians who called were very knowledgeable and willing to share information. I found the visit very useful and will definitely use this company again

  We had electricfixed do a full electric check, they were all done in a couple of hours. Certificate came today so really pleased with the efficiency and speed.

  Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. They found a dimmer switch at fault, fixed a standard switch and promised to return with a new dimmer. They then sought to charge double the price to finish this job. Steer clear. Graham Hellier

  Graham it’s such as shame that you do not list the full truth of what has occurred. We were asked to attend to a lighting fault, no mention of a dimmer switch. As per our quotation which was accepted by you, we charge a single fee for a visit to rectify issues just like this. The quotation we sent explicitly detailed that we would arrive and bring materials should they be needed, as there was no mention of a dimmer how would we know? We can’t keep every type of switch and dimmer and guess what could be wrong with a lighting fault. On our first visit nobody was available so essentially a wasted visit for us. Our second visit (a different day) we diagnosed and rectified the fault and replaced the faulty switch with a normal switch. We were then asked to come back with a dimmer switch. As per our terms this would then be another visit so a second charge. I’m not sure how you would expect us to drive back to Hereford and then come for a third time and replace a switch under the same first visit charge, especially when we had already been to the property twice already?

  Excellent service. I had 2 light fittings replaced.Convenient to be able to choose and book a date and time online. They were very helpful when I had to phone and change the date I'd booked.

  The electrician Mike was very good and it was good to see a tradesman who knew what he was doing. I would recommend your firm to all the people I know.
