  I called for advice about insulating my suspended floor and possibly purchasing materials. I spoke with Craig, who talked me through several different options without any pressure to choose the most expensive solution, which is often the case elsewhere. Instead, he focused on what would work best for my house. My property is nearly 100 years old, so I wanted to insulate it in a way that respected its age and structure. After discussing all the options during a 30-minute phone call, I decided on a breathable membrane with mineral insulation. I placed the order at around 4pm and everything was delivered by 10am the following morning. Once I started the installation, I had a few questions and called again for advice. Unlike many places that rush you off the phone, Craig took the time to help and even checked details with his colleagues when needed. Projects like this can easily become a minefield, but the materials and guidance I received gave me a clear and confident approach to insulating my home properly. I still have more work planned, including soundproofing the party wall, and I will definitely be returning for further products. I don’t usually recommend companies to family and friends, but I can do so confidently with Apex Insulation, knowing they’ll receive the same level of service. I can’t thank Craig enough — he is a real credit to the company.

  Excellent company to deal with. I’ve been using Apex for over 20 years now, so this review is well over due. Very helpful and friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy, product knowledge and advice is the best around, and prices are very competitive too.
