  I was a little apprehensive about the step into solar energy & having a Tesla Powerwall 3 system installed at my home, however I must say, G-Nergy Renewables Ltd a Scarborough based company so local to me,made the entire process so easy & where very reassuring, when I contacted them I enquired if it was possible for the system to be fitted to & inside my double roofed garage due to my house roof not facing south but my garage could reach full potential of the southern position. From the very beginning the team were kind & patient & very knowledgeable they took the time to explain everything in easy to understand terms, after the initial site visit the qoute was easy to understand & any questions were answered ,I was never made to feel rushed into making a decision, The installation was carried out neatly & professionally & the team who came to my home were always on time,polite, & respectful at all times. Now everything is up and running i feel more confident knowing I’m using clean energy & storing power for when i need to use it once it is evening.I found i was making so much electricity that I decided to have the company fit another Powerwall 3 ( battery pack) rather than sell the excess,this battery which is linked to the main set up, this enables me double the capacity so I can choose to store a certain amount to always be there if a powercut occurs as with this system it provides back power that automatically switches over & provides me with power even if the whole of the village is without , then once grid power is detected it again switches back to normal running I can’t thank G-Nergy enough & wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company especially if your unsure of were to begin this process I felt I was included in each step, although I realised this was a long term investment i feel it is well worth the initial outlay
