  Workplace Event 2026 - AVOID!!!! A number our graphics panels were installed poorly, with visible damage, bending, gaps and unfinished edges. More seriously, two fascia boards fell off during the show narrowly missing customers and show attendees. This presents an obvious health and safety concern and is completely unacceptable QC from GES. This issue was raised 3 times with GES staff onsite during the show and every time we were told it would be resolved, nothing was actioned. It's clear they are happy to charge you 3k + for minimal materials and labour with zero interest in the quality of services they deliver. Today I was emailed from customer support and told the site team had carried out the repairs, this is a completely fabricated lie!!!

  Shocking. Second time using them and stand built incorrectly both times. Wrong walls, wrong graphics - you name it, it's wrong. Told totally different things in design to at the event - stand is a total mess. Sent all the plans, designs, etc - couldn't haven't given them more. Stress that we didn't need and a total waste of money. It's about time the NEC changed suppliers and brought in a decent company!!
