  We have just had our cavity wall insulation replaced by Arrow Energy Solutions. There provided a fast, informative and no pressure quote, which we felt was good value. Sean and his team made two visits. They took about a day to remove the old insulation, then asked me to inspect the inside of the walls and all the work they had done to make sure I was happy. They refilled the walls in a couple of hours on another day and again asked me to inspect the work. They were a very likeable and friendly team and cleaned up well on both occasions.

  This company is fantastic. I contacted them by email because I wanted to get some advice and a quote for cavity wall insulation extraction. Andrew responded promptly and his advice was very comprehensive. They came out to do a site survey to provide the quote, were on time and the surveyor Matthew was extremely knowledgeable. The quote came through the same day. It seems fair and reasonable for the work involved. Highly recommend

  I thought about it and looked around for a while but decided on Arrow Energy Solutions to install my Solar panels and Battery. From the moment i contacted them i was made to feel like part of the family f The sales process wasn't pushy it was made clear that they only sell quality products and they wanted us to be happy. The installers were very friendy and hard working,they kept us informed all through the process. We had 14 panels and a battery installed. Best thing ever. We were so impressed with this company we went ahead and had the walls insulated by them, with the same professional experience.

  We have a detached 1950’s bungalow that was always cold. Arrow were very thorough and helpful in explaining what they could do to help. The cavity fill team arrived promptly and went straight to work. Very happy with the professionalism showed from Arrow. They don't just promise results, they deliver. We have no hesitation in recommending Arrow to anyone. Our detached bungalow is now warmer and the thermostat hasn't dropped below 20° and that's with no heating on! 5 Stars *****

  Did a good quick job and helped me do some prep as I didn't have much notice as they offered me a next day cancellation. Had a few leaks of polystyrene balls but we got it sorted! Holes were plugged pretty well.

  These guys could not have made the process any easier ! From the initial enquiry they were swift to respond and extremely professional and helpful throughout. The extraction and insulation team were punctual , very respectful and left the site clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you !

  Arrow have been totally professional from start to finish of the process. Scott provided an in-depth and clearly understood, value for money quote. He arranged a timescale to fit in with our availability. The scaffolders were quick to install making a safe and tidy installation and have advised the date of removal too. Rob the electrician was friendly and professional working in a clean and tidy manner showing respect to our home at all times. All components are of high quality and installed in a neat and tidy manner very pleasing to the eye.The Solar panel fitting team also carried out the installation in good time and in a tidy manner. Both Scott and Rob have supported us with the workings of the apps and advice for the future tariff choice which will provide us with the best returns from the grid payments. All in all an excellent service which I would be happy to recommend to friends and family. Thank you.
