  My experience with Bell Plumbing is both professional within the new build sector, and privately. Colin and all of his excellent team do a great job with their standard of work, knowledge and communication. A recent boiler issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently, thanks to Colin, and Danny who attended. Thoroughly recommended.

  We used bell plumbing and heating for our last development in raskelf of two bespoke houses and They high spec with underfloor heating and air source heat pumps. Colin and his team were amazing throughout and his head plumber Kris who looked after our development was great with our customers and helpful and prompt with queries and aftercare. Highly recommend

  I have contacted customer service using the VRS interpreter service because I am deaf and need assistance with plumbing and heating related to a gas boiler inspection. I suspect there may be a problem and would appreciate your help, for which I am willing to pay. Everything has been operating smoothly for the last four years, but I am now experiencing some strange issues. I was told that the service is fully booked and that I should search for another company and check online for information about the boiler. However, I find this overwhelming and lack the necessary knowledge to do so.

  Mateusz, I’m sorry you wasn’t happy with our service however we did explain we are a predominantly New Build plumbing company and only service our own boilers or boilers recently installed the works you required are not something we take in unfortunately the one star review on this is very upsetting and affects our business.

  We have used Colin & his team for a while now for our Air Source Heat Pump & Boiler installations and myself & the MRH team can safely say that the work is nothing but amazing quality, and to deal with the Bell Plumbing & Heating team is a breath of fresh air all questions are answered and not one thing is an issue when it comes to getting the documentation that we require. 110% would recommend to anyone that is thinking of getting a new boiler or air source heat pump installed.

  Had Bell plumbing out recently for our new heat pump and the install was very some and a lot quicker than we expected. Colin’s men were very nice knowledgeable men and put us at ease with our questions. Highly recommend
