2Great job with loft insulation. However, i’ve been waiting 4 weeks for someone to come out and hook up the extractor fans in the kitchen and bathroom. Have called / emailed at least 10 times in the last couple weeks. Poor communication.

4The boys did a good job up until the end, the extractor fan cover broke, and they thought it would be a good idea to get the wrong one and silicone it on like as If I would never find out. I would've given 5 stars otherwise. Very disappointing. I would rather them be honest and say it doesnt fit then try and fit it incorrectly making it difficult to access the settings for the extractor fan. Update: they got in touch and rectified the issue. Thanks

5Jack and Dan came to my house to install trickle vents and an extractor fan in the bathroom. They were professional and considerate and explained the work being carried out. They answered any questions that I had. I hope the team that complete the insulation install are just like these two. Thank you.

5Dan and Martin were brilliant throughout the day! Really appreciated them being patient with me while I asked all my questions, and took the time to explain what they were doing when i had a concern. Work done was high quality, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Thanks very much Dan and Martin :)

1After a survey they offered me a granted insulation but never started the work and after several chasing they said that they are not in rush, in a rude manner To Stellar: you surveyed my home on Nov 19th. I have attached a snapshot of your email after survey as evidence. Your reply to my review shows your mismanagement or maybe just trying to trick the audience

1Had several surveys and was promised everything was going through but then told there wasn't enough profit in it for them and they pulled out after months of no contact. Yet another company just in it for the money. Very disappointed.

Dear Chris Unfortunately the scheme organisers (the Labour Party) have made drastic cuts to the funding. So drastic that many projects fall short of the cost it takes to pay for the work in some cases. Apologies for this political fault that they have put in place. Yours sincerely Stellar Customer Care
