  Green Team One came highly recommended. We couldn’t have been happier with the service they gave us. They sent a knowledgeable person to assess the property and design the system. This is followed by a visit from a qualified engineer to double check all aspects of the quote. The attention to detail, the tidiness of the wiring and all the work done was excellent. Pricing was very good and paperwork completed promptly. Everyone in the team was brilliant, accessible and a joy to work with. So pleased we chose Green Team One to do our installation.

  For a number of reasons not least of which the fragility of our slate roof had left me nervous about proceeding with a solar installation at our home - having elected to finally go ahead I then entered the fray of entertaining companies offering their services which was akin to double glazing companies & salespeople in the 1980's.........................until I found Green Team One. From the initial telephone call through to the project completion their staff have been consummate professionals throughout and the standard of the associated work is absolutely splendid. Creag our salesperson was never pushy and always available to field my avalanche of questions and concerns - as for the roof, Ryan turned up at ours the day before installation (actually a Bank Holiday) to familiarise himself with the roof and its' challenges - the result, was not a single slate out of place or damaged which was highly impressive. I continue to be supported with the ever cheery voices on the end of the telephone which is always re-assuring. The system works fabulously and I would very quickly exhaust my vocabulary of superlatives in describing my overall experience. Green Team One - thank you so much!

  I had solar installed by Green Team One in March and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team were professional and easy to deal with.   Highly professional company. Every person I interacted with, either at my house or at their office was helpful and easy to work with. All emails / queries always quickly responded to. I had done a lot of research and they were happy to install exactly what I requested. They were the only company who quoted to be transparent enough to show parts and labour separately! Installation went smoothly, with minor technical / software issues quickly resolved. Most importantly, I now have a high quality solar and battery system that works perfectly.

  Green Team One installed our solar panels and battery earlier in the month. Since it was comissioned, most of our electricity use has been provided by the solar, and battery. The only electricity we have imported is around 22 watts per hour which is the meter /system overhead. The system is exporting far more than we use, even on dull days, so very pleased.

  Outstanding customer service from Green Team One - two years after our solar and battery installation (following consistent smooth running) we noticed strange patterns on the system via givenergy app. Called Green Team One who correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem, caused by an error from another company who installed our EV charger a couple of weeks ago. Really friendly, professional and always happy to help - even going beyond the call of duty to fix others' mistakes. Thank you!

  Green Team One are absolutely outstanding in everything they do. From start to finish their customer care, support and installation is amazing. We had a full solar install, including battery storage and were advised and supported thoroughly throughout the process. Rob and the team take their time to explain everything to you and advise the best set up for your household needs. No overselling, just genuine, honest and reliable advice.   There may not be huge demand for solar projects (or sunlight!) in January, but the speed and efficiency of installation of panels and battery in our town in north Wiltshire took our breath away. All the people who came to the house - three visits from individuals to advise and assess, and a team who completed the work in a morning - were friendly, on time, and professional. The firm is big enough to know its business, and local enough to be available if needed. Not the cheapest quote, but the level of service we have received already justifies their charge, and we feel confident that they will continue to support us.
