  Good customer service, great communication.Very polite and courteous they done a fantastic job for me, changed my Combi boiler and i haven’t had a problem since it’s been installed, very clean and tidy I would definitely recommend them.

  TFE installed an Air Source Heat Pump via the goverment initialtive scheme . Poor service poor installation and do not know what they are doing … Lie all the time and took them two months to visit due to an issue and since installed has broken done six times in 18 months ..

Having reviewed our records, we've noticed that you are actually a customer of Bristol City Leap, not with us directly. When the installation was completed, we handed over the ASHP as commissioned and working perfectly. It may be helpful for you to know that Bristol City Leap are responsible for your ongoing support. We do always offer clients a maintenance plan, in this case it seems that recommended option was declined. If you need any assistance in finding your assigned liaison at Bristol City Leap we will of course be happy to help with that as it is they who will are responsible for this support.
