  I had the privilege of hiring Richard and his team to install an LPG boiler in my cabin. It wasn’t the easiest of jobs, as it was a second-hand boiler, but they offered a very fair price and carried out a full service to ensure everything was safe and working properly. There were also some challenges with the flue positioning due to neighbouring properties, but once again they handled the issue professionally and found an effective solution by routing the flue up through the roof, causing no problems at all. There was one delay caused by my own fault, as one of the radiators had a crack, which meant the job couldn’t be fully completed at that stage. However, they were true to their word, kept in great communication throughout, and came back promptly as soon as the radiator was fixed to complete everything to a high standard. They are a family-run business and clearly take pride in customer service and communication, whether by WhatsApp or phone call which is quite rare these days among tradespeople. I would highly recommend Richard and his team to anyone looking for reliable people who turn up when they say they will, communicate well, do quality work, and charge reasonable prices.

  Originally called out to fit a smart thermostat but found a leak in the boiler after diagnostics! Rich was superb and ensured it was all sorted swiftly! With a baby coming only days away, Rich was incredible and made sure our home was nice and warm ready for her arrival! Great service, great people!
