  Woodhouse came to quote back in February. Since then no quote has been sent, I’ve been ghosted on email and my calls are screened. It’s strange.

  We had 4 x Samsung Windfree air conditioning units fitted in our house this week. After years of thinking about this, we are so happy with the result. We cannot thank Woodhouse environmental services enough! From start to finish, they were so professional. Dan was really informative and explained everything well on our initial quoting appointment. The guys who did the job (Scott, Matt and Charlie) worked so hard and got the job done in good time, leaving not a spec of dust behind! Exactly who you would want to do work in your house.   Woodhouse environmental fitted an air source heat pump and underfloor heating in our newly renovated home about a year ago. They worked quickly and tidily within our deadlines to make sure we were able to move in on time. They installed a phenomenal heating system which has been a great addition to our home. The guys were all polite and a pleasure to have here and we have since had them back to install an air conditioning unit too. We will be sure to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

  We had three local companies come out to quote for air conditioning, all who gave conflicting recommendations which left us unsure if we wanted to proceed. In a final attempt to get advice and a quote, we invited Woodhouse Environmental to do this. Trevor was fantastic and qualified our needs whilst putting the other companies to shame in what they had told us we needed (clearly the others were commissioned salesmen) when Trevor’s quote came through, we had to call him and check it was correct and nothing had been missing as they were £3000 cheaper than others had quoted. Needless to say we went ahead. Installation was arranged for a week later and we had the delight of Will carrying out our install. An extremely polite, professional engineer who is a fantastic asset to the company. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Trevor and his fantastic team.

  We asked Woodhouse for an air conditioning quote knowing broadly what we wanted. They came out the same week and provided us a very competitive quote. After a few rounds of e-mails around the install, we agreed. The install week came and Dane who was on-site did an amazing job over the 3 days it took to install, he very tidy and the job was done to a high quality with minimal messy and disturbance. 2 weeks on, its worked as expected and provides us with great cooling and cooled rooms over the last few weeks and will I am sure will provide us with heating over the winter. Multi-split unit, so 1 outdoor to 3 indoors. Our current average usage is around 3kwh per day.
