  Quite poor customer service from the office team, making things more difficult than they need to be for simple bookings. An alarm system at an RSPCA centre wasn't well serviced and has been at fault for several months now, causing distress to on site animals, local residents and the staff team, due to alarms going off in the early hours for a few months now. Engineers missed vital battery changes, plus a faults in detectors, costing a self-funded charity wasted time, resources and money.

  The Fuzion4 engineer was very helpful and carried out additional work by replacing the bell alarm box to the latest LED model, at our request. Very pleased with his advice and work.

  I was happy with your complete service especially the engineer. Just as he was about to leave my office manager asked him a question about the fire alarm testing and he was more than happy to spend 5 minutes talking it through with her.

  Engineers were polite and courteous. Kept their masks on their whole time. Explained the need for a new battery and knew the cost so I could agree on the spot and they had it on the van, ready to fit. All good.
