  I recently had an air source heat pump installed by Adlar and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. The installation took 2 days because some additional work and adjustments were required during the process, but the team handled everything professionally and without rushing. Their workmanship was excellent — the pipework, cylinder installation, and external unit setup all look very neat and well finished. A special thanks to Rich and Isac, the installers, who were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain things properly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can really see the attention to detail in the final installation. Overall, a very good experience and I would happily recommend Adlar to anyone considering an air source heat pump installation.

  Great experience through out. There was an issue the the original plans, but Adlar team came thorough and found a solution. The install team was lovely, (Isaac, Jon and Rich) and got everything working great and accommodating to my requests
