  The representative of this company is rude and discourteous. I have no knowledge of their products, but I would not deal with someone whose lack of respect extends to trespassing without permission and then giving very rude replies to being challenged. I do not expect to see strangers walking, unannounced, around my property. One star, because that's the lowest option, and also, in all fairness, I do not know their products. But I will not be using them.

  Hello Rory, thank you for your feedback. I have now been able to fully investigate your complaint, and am very sorry if you feel that your were spoken to impolitely. I thank you for your patience whilst I undertook the investigation. Our staff were posting flyers through letterboxes, and I understand that our operatives saw two name signs on the front of your property, one name had an arrow pointing to the left, through a gate and another name had an arrow pointing to the right, towards your driveway. It is not always clear if properties are detached or semi detached, and our member of staff thought there was a dwelling located through the gate where the first name pointed. He went through the gate and walked down the passageway, looking for a letterbox/door which led him into the back garden. He immediately realised there was no door, quickly turned round and returned to the public road, closing the gate behind him. He says the time it took him to go through the gate, into the garden, and out again took no more than 30 seconds. When he got to the public road, you came out and asked him why he went through the gate and into your garden. He explained it was a simple mistake and apologised. When you pressed him further he apologised again. It is his contention that you seemed dissatisfied with his apology and said that he had no business going through the gate. He explained he saw the two names and thought there were two properties. As you were still unhappy with his apology, it is not contested by our operative that he spoke to you discourteously, and he immediately regretted it. Indeed, I understand from him that he made a special journey back to see you the next day to apologise to you in person, as he felt bad for speaking to you discourteously, and he had been feeling bad about it overnight. You said thanked him for doing so, and kindly said that he was a good man for coming to apologise in person. I believe you shook hands and were both friendly at the end of the conversation. Our operative tells me that he apologised to you again on this subsequent meeting and said to you that he was very grateful to you for speaking to him. The operative in question has recently suffered personal trauma, and in his own words says he was not at his best on that day. This in no way excuses him speaking to you impolitely and I am extremely sorry that this caused you distress. I thank you for pointing out that you have not used our services and have no experience of our company. As you graciously accepted his apology on his visit, I presume that your review had crossed over with his visit or was already posted pending review. As you will see from our other five star reviews, we value the highest levels of customer service very much. I would be very grateful, if you would give consideration to removing the review. I do appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and am sure our operative will have learnt from this situation. Kindest regards & best wishes.

  I had been looking into having solar panels fitted at my property for some time and became increasingly confused by all the conflicting claims of suppliers until Pablo appeared. Pablo was straight talking and clearly knew the product he was offering. The price was right, I went to inspect an installation locally and was impressed by the look of the installation and quality of the components. The installation only took a couple of days once the scaffolding was in place and I found the electricians and roofers efficient and friendly. The site was left clean and tidy. Pablo was on site every day that the contractors were here to answer queries and roll up his sleeves and get stuck in when needed. All in all, a stress free installation and I am now enjoying the benefits of sending electricity back to the grid when the sun shines.

The roof was lovely to work on, although it was a challenge to come up with a design that looked neat and tidy (as well as being efficient) your input was very useful and I think between us we came up with the perfect solution.   Having our 20 solar panels installed by SunPro Solar (UK) was easy and pain free. Pablo was , and still is, always at the end of the phone should we have questions. He explained everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable about our decision to finally have them installed. Pablo and team showed up on time and completed the installation well within the estimated days. The team were cheerful and pleasant, cleaned up after the days work and left our house as if they'd never been. Taking our chimney down below the roof level to start, meant that was no easy task. The battery and panels package was talked through quite comprehensively and the final choice of 20 panels and a 9Kw battery , have proved ideal. My wife and I are very pleased and would highly recommend SunPro Solar(UK), Pablo and his team every day.

  We sought quotations from five installers and SunPro Solar were the last we contacted. Pablo, who business it is, was the person who best understood what we wanted and quoted a very fair price, judging by the other quotations we had received. His team of installers were tidy, friendly and efficient. The installation was painless and the follow-up good.

It's great to see the system performing so well, I'm glad you went for the panels on the East-South-West roofs rather than the just the panels on the south roof and tubs for the flat south-facing roof. We always find it better to have an even spread of power through the day rather than a massive output over lunchtime.   We had a battery system added to an existing solar array, this was carried out by SunPro Solar (UK). Pablo was extremely helpful, carried out a survey and gave a quotation, which we accepted. The work was carried out as arranged, Pablo always on hand to answer any queries. The electricians were brilliant, really nice guys and worked really hard to pull the cables through to were we needed them without having to channel the wall out. We are very happy with the compact and tidy battery and inverter system and have spent the summer enjoying all the free electric. We would highly recommend the Company on the service we received.

  I am delighted with our solar energy system, installed by SunPro Solar UK, which consists of 18 PV panels, an inverter and battery storage. Communication and customer service were excellent throughout the project from first visit to final handover. As an engineer with project experience, I really appreciated the attention to detail, the quality of the installation and the thorough documentation.   we are very pleased with the installation of the solar panels and the inside equipment fitted by PRO SOLAR (U.K) the work force were very professional clean and tidy Pablo was very helpful and instructive in setting up and advising how it all works and he is always at the end of the phone if needs be.We are also very pleased with the savings greatly reducing our bills

  SunPro Solar (UK) were recommended to us and we are delighted to have followed up on the recommendation. Having solar panels, storage battery, electric vehicle charger and an inverter to make it all work installed is a big and potentially costly enterprise. But owner Pablo made it all much simpler than we had imagined ... and at a good price, all supported by a bespoke report detailing and explaining what we can expect to get from the installation. The company engaged scaffolders, roofers and electricians, with Pablo overseeing everything on the day and we are delighted by the outcome. For the last four months our electricity provider has been paying US! My wife and I cannot recommend Pablo and SunPro Solar (UK) enough.

  We had SunPro Solar (UK) install solar panels with a storage battery last year (April '24). From first contact to completion, absolutely excellent service. Best price for the system, even better price than another quote from another supplier with a smaller battery! If you are looking for solar panels look no further than SunPro Solar (UK). Highly recommended!
