1One of the worst companies we've been forced to communicate with via our new build developer. They don't show up when they say they will They never confirm visits They have consistently told our site.manager they've been out to rectify jobs when no one has attended the property The customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen We've had numerous staff visit and majority of them are rude and dismissive when we ask why they are late or why we didn't know about the visit Numerous staff have failed to resolve issues They send someone different every single time who have no idea what needs doing Shoddy company who try quick fixes instead of resolving any issue in a meaningful manner Do not recommend.

1Moved into a new build home, plumbing pipes not sealed in walls causing significant draft into the house. House completed not to spec as they even missed a double socket and TV aerial point. They installed the double socket Monday (8 months after moving in) but in the wrong place — around 200mm from the end of the wall when the plans show approximately 620mm. It is incredibly frustrating to be dealing with this level of error and lack of response in a new build property. The quality checks clearly were not good enough. Raised with Developer - Awaiting response on how extensive the damage will be to put the TV point in as this goes through several internal walls and I won't accept patch repair to plaster on a new property! Moved in July 2025 as of 27/03 - Issues outstanding; - Double Socket to be put in right place and plaster to be repaired - TV aerial point - Sealing of pipes to external wall

Hi Shaun, We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced an issue and understand how frustrating this must be, especially in a new home. For any defects or urgent matters, our procedure is that these are reported to the builder in the first instance, as they coordinate and authorise all works on the property. Once they notify us, we attend as quickly as possible in line with their instructions and site access arrangements. If you would prefer to contact us directly regarding the reported leak, please call our office on 0161 443 2167, and we will do our best to assist. Kind regards

1The workpeople and engineers themselves are lovely and professional. Unfortunately they are let down by their communication system at their office. You can ring multiple times, leave multiple voicemails, and still not get a reply. So disappointing to have out standing work tickets after 7 weeks of attempted contact and visits.

5Great service and very professional. The young guy JOE installed a valve under my kitchen sink to control the garden tap. The work was done neatly and efficiently, and everything works perfectly now. Highly recommended!

1Can’t comment on the plumbing but if it’s anything like the driving it will be on the wrong side👍🏼

1DDG are the contractors for our new build home and we have a leak coming from the Bathroom. They have sent the same plumber twice to fix the leak but he hasn’t done anything to fix it.
