  Excellent service. We had a new radiator and new radiator thermostats fitted. The two young men who did the work were a credit to the company: Very polite, professional and the job was clean and quickly done. Northern Healink service our central heating and I would highly recommend them!

  I was unsure about replacing my boiler with an air source heat pump but decided to take the plunge because of the government grant. I have under floor heating in a large house and was unsure it would reach temperature. Northern Heatlink talked me through every step of the installation. The lads were great and I had no problems. The heating soon reached temperature and I have had no problems since. I am glad I made the decision to change to an air source heat pump.

  We have used this company for many years to service our boiler and system and one of the great things about them is that if there is a problem, you ring straight through to an actual person who can often talk you through how to sort it out. They give good clear explanations of all the work they do and if on starting work, they haven't needed to do all they initially quoted for, they say so and adjust the invoice accordingly so I know they are all trustworthy. Recently they were particularly superb in that during the recent very cold snap, (the day before we were going away for a month), our old boiler went. They sorted it all out with our sister, communicating with me by email as I couldn't make calls. They even offered to wait for payment for a few weeks until we returned if I had problems arranging payment for the new boiler that was needed. For skilled, reliable and well-priced services, I honestly think they can't be beaten

  Northern Heatlink have a high standard of customer service- they followed up when an issue with our Heat Pump (not installed by them) affected the heated floor they had laid for us. Communication was good, work was completed quickly and I was really impressed by the staff member who handled their phonecalls- really professional and reassuring attention to detail. We are LOVING our heated floor, such a great investment- have never felt more cosy. Thanks for taking such great care with supporting the issues we were having. Recommend.

  We've used Northern Heatlink to install our boiler, for ceiling leak repair, various issues and for a total bathroom refit. They’ve been amazing. They’re reliable, professional and their response times are spot on. We couldn’t recommend them enough.
