  Just shy of 2 weeks ago I had my solar and battery installation. I have waited to review to be able to add some system experience also. Installation went seamlessly, only 1 issue very rapidly resolved, the EDtricity and the Heatables team have been exceptional. As for the system, and AlphaESS battery coupled with 12 485w panels. It has already perform beyond expectations, The last 3 days it's produced almost 40kWh of electricity. All highly recommended.

  The whole process of acquiring solar power was so straightforward with Renewable Edtricity Systems. Mark quickly produced a quotation that incorporated our requirements and was also very competetive in the market. Installation only took one day and we were producing electricity that evening.. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

  Thank you to everyone at Renewable EDtricity Systems they’ve been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From the very first conversation, the team has been patient, understanding, and genuinely knowledgeable, even when I kept adding or changing things and asking lots of questions. Nothing ever felt like a problem, everything was explained clearly and handled professionally. What I appreciated most is that they were never pushy, unlike some other companies I contacted for quotes. Communication was excellent throughout, phone calls, messages, and emails, always clear. A special thanks to Eddie, who was always prompt in answering my questions, and I mean a lot of questions 😅 so thank you for putting up with me. Thank you to also Lisa, who was very supportive and kept everything updated with documents and emails. Thank you as well to Mark for leading the installation team and installing the system to a very high standard. They arranged everything, including the scaffolding. The scaffolders did a great job putting it up, and they removed it the very next day after the EDtricity team finished the installation. The installation team were tidy, professional, and respectful, and they left the area spotless, including my garage where the batteries, gateway, and inverter were installed. Honestly, 5 stars is not enough. They’ve been brilliant throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend them.

  I took quite a while trying to find a local company I felt happy about to install a Solar System but it was worth it , they have been very helpful and I'm sure will be if needed in the future, I cannot recommend them enough, it was a pleasure to deal with everyone involved... Many thanks!

  Ed, Mark and the team have been fantastic. The scaffold went up on the Monday, the panels, battery, inverter and charger were all installed on the Wednesday. Exactly as planned. The whole team was friendly courteous and extremely neat and tidy can’t recommend these guys enough. Helpful friendly and competitively priced top job 👌

  Renewable Edtricity was absolutely brilliant- they came out and corrected the work of some dodgy traders. They made it all safe, made it neat and tidy- and best of all they left me with a working EV charger! All employees were polite and respectful, they were kind and explained everything they were doing and even gave me tips to ensure I get the best charging rates. I highly recommend them.

  Superb service from Eddie and Mark and their installation team. At the scheduled previsit, Eddie shot some drone footage of our somewhat complicated roof, and explained the installation process well, taking account of our need to minimise exposed trunking and wires. Installation would occur on a Friday 6 weeks hence, to accommodate us, with possible spillover into Saturday. Unfortunately, several postponements by the local scaffolding firm commissioned by EdTricity caused us anxiety, as we were going away and did not want to delay the installation. However, on the appointed day, Eddie's friendly, helpful and highly professional, 8-man team worked very well together, installing the panels and microinverters, bird protection, the storage battery and an EV charger, and the associated wiring control panels in what was necessarily a very disruptive process. Before, during, and after the installation, Eddie was available with information and advice while his partner Mark provided onsite supervision. Sadly, following this excellent experience, the errant local scaffolding firm EdTricity had instructed continued their previous poor practice: they were supposed to dismantle the pretty extensive scaffolding the Monday after installation. Ultimately, after numerous calls and promises, half of the scaffolding was dismantled 4 days later, and only after another fraught day 4 days later was all the scaffolding removed. This was a serious unnecessary hassle. All in all, I could not recommend Eddie's installation team more highly. As for commissioning and ensuring compliance from the albeit competent scaffolding firm, EdTricity needed to choose a more reliable outfit.
