    I am an elderly woman and I feel completely taken advantage of and utterly devastated by this experience. I was lied to from the beginning and trusted this company to do an honest, professional job. Instead, I have been left with a poorly constructed patio using what appear to be reject, chipped, and uneven slabs. I paid £6,000 for what is only a small section to be done, which makes this even more upsetting. The quality of the work is shocking — the slabs are lumpy, badly laid, and already damaged. It is nowhere near the standard I was promised. Not only that, but the rest of my garden has been left in a worse state than before, with damage and mess that has not been addressed. There has been no aftercare, no attempt to put things right, and absolutely no compassion shown despite my situation. I feel completely ripped off and ignored. This has caused me a great deal of stress and upset, and I would strongly warn others — please do not trust this company

    Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. The patio is in a shocking state — the slabs are uneven, lumpy, and already chipped, making the whole area look poorly done and unsafe to walk on. The workmanship is clearly substandard, with no attention to detail whatsoever. What’s worse is the complete lack of aftercare or accountability. Once the job was “finished,” there was no follow-up, no attempt to fix the obvious issues, and no response to concerns raised. To top it all off, the rest of the garden was left in a mess — damaged, untidy, and far worse than before they started. For the price charged, this was nothing short of a rip-off. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company unless you want to waste your money and end up with more problems than you started with.

    Good afternoon, I am very sorry to learn that you feel dissatisfied with the work carried out by us. Whilst I agree that regrettably on this occasion, we failed to satisfy your requirements in the first instance, I am puzzled by any suggestion that we have not then responded by upholding our commitment and promise to yourself, as we do to each of our customers, to at least then do all we possibly can to rectify any outstanding issues. I wish to clarify the following; The original paving slabs chosen were changed, at your request. The alternative option was chosen and approved by yourself on site, prior to installation. Following completion, we carried out a remedial visit and arranged a further follow up visit at your request, which was attended to promptly and efficiently. On completion of the remedial on our final visit, you confirmed with our customer care team that you were in-fact now very happy with the work, and very satisfied with the final result achieved. No further communication has been received from yourself stating otherwise, aside from writing this review. We have; -Swiftly responded and attended to, each and every issue raised. -Completed extra works requested by yourself, outside of the agreed works schedule, which   we did as a gesture, completely free of charge for you. -We will continue to put right anything you report to us as still being wrong, as we have done with every single point you have asked us to so far.     I had been dissatisfied with the work done. However a team came to rectify everything and I am now very pleased with the result. Exactly what I was hoping for.

    It’s a bit of late review. Homesmart installed a new tri fold door and window to our newly converted garage two years ago. After more than2 years, the quality stands. Also, right after the project, they reacted promptly and effectively to the request of cleaning up cement on driveway. Now booked them for a roofline project. Will review afterwards.

    If you're looking for any aftercare, I would recommend you avoid this company. Requested a repair service in may. They responded saying they would help shortly after. I then chased in June and multiple times in August and had no response since.
