  We recently had a solar system installed by the Edinburgh Boiler Company and are very happy with the whole process. I never had the impression that they were trying to sell me anything we did not need. Communication has been very good throughout the entire process and the installation was quick and seamless.

From Rick giving us a free quote, with no pressure to commit, to the team who did the install, everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.   I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge, big thanks to The Edinburgh Boiler Company for bringing my heating system into 21st Century and making life easier. The non-working antiquated system I had, belonged in a museum! From the first visit for quotation and options available through to the finish, everything was excellent. Communication is key and was messaged when the team were on their way to start the work, when the electrician would be arriving and to say when the team who collected the old boiler, radiators and water tanks were on their way. I was very impressed with the hard working, fabulous Team Joey, Shayne and Brian (who hadn’t seen such an old system in their lives), carried out the work with respect, integrity, efficiency and pride. Always polite, tidying up afterwards and explaining the controls of my fabulous new boiler system. My thanks not only go to Gracie and Wafa, the great communicators, but to everyone involved. My advice to anyone looking for a new boiler etc., would be: Don’t waste time surfing the internet, just call The Edinburgh Boiler Company!

  Really happy with the work the Edinburgh Boiler Company did for us. They removed our old boiler system and water tank and put in a combi boiler. The team was really nice, friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond, removing some of the flooring for us and adding some wooden panels at the back. Really great lads, really helpful, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone.
