5Found Lewis's number on severn trent water safe website. Lewis was very quick to come n quote me and at a very decent price. 👌 new connection coming off lead pipen. Lewis got the work completed in 2 days 🙌 but could have been quicker if he wasn't delayed by servern trent. I'm very happy with his work and will be using him again. For all my plumbing works. I was also impressed by his friend Steve who gave me quiet a giggle throughout the work 😄 what a good team 👏 and comedy sketch ! Lewis is highly skilled, professional, and knows this trade very well. Great job all round.

1First job good , second job a total letdown spent £600 on radiators cleared 2 rooms only for the plumber to let us down very poor !

We sent a member of our team to your property in a smaller vehicle on time to explain the situation in person and to apologise directly. We understand how frustrating it is when plans change, especially after you’ve invested in new radiators and prepared the rooms. We never take that lightly. Our intention was always to keep communication clear and to minimise any inconvenience caused. I'm not sure why the feedback mentions £600.00, as we didn’t charge you for work that wasn’t done. We remain committed to completing the work to the highest standard and would be happy to rearrange the visit at a time that suits you. Thank you for your understanding.

5We had a plumbing issue over the Christmas period affecting both our heating and bathroom, and the service was excellent. The plumber responded quickly, was professional and clearly explained the repairs needed. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. We really appreciated having the heating back on so quickly during winter. Highly recommended. Thank you again .

5Responded to the call really quickly and figured out the issue right away. Gave us clear advice on what needed to be done and even answered our call on New Year’s Day, which we really appreciated. The work was neat and done well. Any documents we asked for were sent over quickly. Very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the service. Highly recommend!
