1RJM REFUSES TO FINISH THE WORK SO NOW WE WILL START LEGAL ACTION THEY WANTED THIS REVIEW TO BE REMOVED BUT CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW. WHAT A AWFUL COMPANY NO LONGER TRUSTMARK REGISTERED BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK . Trustmark found 10 faults RJM had 4 months to fix them their workmen said nothing needs doing ! We have damaged floorboards due the old guttering being replaced instead of new guttering which has leaked since they did the insulation, their workmen looked at it and made it worse we now have damp by the front door. Trustmark told me to send a Formal Complaint and give them 7 days to reply which they didn't. NICEIC are now involved for non compliance. We have black Bitchamen leaking again onto our white walls. They ruined our block paving driveway by using a sander to remove the Bitchamen which the manager thought you could paint!!! The stress RJM have caused me is unacceptable as I only had major heart surgery 11 weeks ago. UPDATE. 22nd April RJM were out yet again to get remove the Bitchamen that ran down my house, onto the block paving and windowsill and to do the faults Trustmark said needed doing. They used a electric sander to get the Bitchamen off of the block paving which is now totally ruined, they re rendered the bay window, now we have render on the block paving which the manager thought could be painted this is how little the manager knows !!. The office said they would paint the cavity walls, they painted the holes which looks ridiculous. . They have left wires hanging and damaged windowsills. They left behind more mess and havnt done the Trustmark outstanding work ,now time has run out again. Im now going to NICEIC as they are refusing to do the work and give me the paperwork we should have !! Im asking for my driveway to be replaced another builder to do the outstanding work at RJM cost as I wont have them working on my house again.There is total lack of communication .I had major heart surgery 8 weeks ago and the stress is too much . !!! THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS YOU HAVE THEY DONT EVEN APOLOGISE FOR THE BAD WORK THEIR WORKMEN DO !!!!. TRUSTMARK WILL INSPECT THE HOUSE AGAIN SO IM NOT CONTACTING RJM . IF YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE RUINED THIS IS THE COWBOY COMPANY FOR YOU. THEY FIRST STARTED WORK ON OUR HOUSE 14 MONTHS AGO AND ITS STILL NOT FINISHED . THEY RUINED OUR ROOF AND DRIVEWAY. IT TOOK A PROFESSIONAL ROOFER 5 DAYS TO FIX. IT WAS INSPECTED BY TRUSTMARK IN DECEMBER 2025 AND 18 FAULTS AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO DO THE WORK SAYING THERE IS NOTHING WRONG!! YESTERDAY THEY WERE OUT TO SORT OUT THE BAY WINDOW AS THE WRONG THICKNESS OF INSULATION BLOCKS WERE USED. THE BLACK SEALENT THEY USED IS ALL DOWN THE FRONT OF OUR WHITE HOUSE AND ON THE DRIVEWAY. THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF DOING A JOB PROPERLY AND DONT CLEAR UP AFTER THEMSELVES!! THEY SUB CONTRACT TO CHEAP EASTERN EUROPEAN WORKERS .

5Had a Heat Pump and solar panels installed. I cannot fault the service from RJM and would highly recommend them.

5Very good communication with all people involved. Trades were all polite and punctual . Work carried was to a high standard . i would nt think twice about using them again … Thankyou all for your hard work .

10 for customer service absolutely useless and rude wasted over 3 weeks with them the manager/director called who was worse then his staff no experience how to talk and discuss matters amicably, approach with caution!!!!!!!!

Dear Mr Khan, As we previously mentioned, to proceed with the ECO4 scheme, your property must have multiple measures installed, not just the external wall. After the survey, my surveyor noted that you were only interested in the external wall and not any additional measures. The loft insulation should be followed as per ECO4 requirement and all ventilation requirements must be made. You are only considering the EWI insulation which won't comply ECO4 criteria as such we are unable to proceed the works.
