  When my 94 yr old mothers boiler lost pressure in the late morning I called Ross about midday. He already had a couple of jobs that afternoon but promised to call in at 6 o' clock on his way home. He was as good as his word and as he was running 10 mins late even phoned to let us know he was on his way. He had the boiler fixed in no time and explained what the problem was and how to ensure it didn't happen again. He was most helpful and professional and I would highly recommend him for any work you need done.

  We recently had a burst pipe and Ross came out right away on a Sunday afternoon and stopped the leak, ordered a special adaptor fitting and replaced the damaged pipe in no time at all. He also fixed a leak that we hadn't noticed on the central heating system at the same time. We can't thank Ross enough for his swift response and quality of work and would highly recommend him for any plumbing and heating work that you need done.

  Had Ross out to give me a quote to fit 2 designer radiators a few weeks ago.Had no hesitation giving Ross the job after reading his reviews.Price was competitive & was booked in & given a date.Him & his dad turned up this morning promptly & straight into the job.What a fantastic job he did.Kept me informed throughout the installation to make sure I was happy what he was doing.Very efficient & extremely tidy.Anyone looking for this type of work don't hesitate to contact him as you won't be disappointed.His dad was a lovely man & a great help to Ross.Had a good chat along the way.It was a pleasure to have them in my house & will use Ross for my annual boiler service from now on.Thank you both for a great job done today.Happy customer.

  When my boiler stopped working we called Ross and he was here within 20 minutes (early evening). Fixed the problem, and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Excellent service
