  A great, efficient and friendly service, with one exception. Although one of the areas where work was needed was quite a small space, leaning against the wall to carry out the work has left marks on the wall - which was newly painted two weeks ago. I now have to repaint the whole wall to remove the marks.

  Hi David, Thanks for the review and sorry to hear about the marks on the wall. Unfortunately when there isn't sufficient space for access equipment, leaning steps/ladders against the wall is the only option. Saying that the engineer could of used a piece of cardboard or a rag to reduce the risk of this happening, however this can leave the engineer venerable to unstable steps/ladders. I will organise a toolbox talk with the engineers at the end of the month to ensure they learn and improve our customers experience moving forward.   First class attention to our need for new fuse box, safety tests and external sockets and light. On time arrival and finish, keeping us fully informed at all times coupled with first class admin etc. I absolutely recommend this company. Stephen Gauntlett
