  Engineer turned up said he was given the wrong part and because he was in a rush to get to other jobs blames the fault on the shower head. Nothing to to with taps or shower head the boiler fires up when you turn hot tap on then the gas icon goes out and the water goes Cold unless you absolutely whack up the tap to full throttle then the gas stays on. Noticed this morning boiler wasn't put back properly and now the pressure gauge is too far back. And I musn't forget the water leak for the lack of tightening the water pipe adequately. Shambles and still not fixed.

  Very pleasant staff but engineers arrived multiple times doing rushed shoddy job to run the bill up. Two weeks of no heating and hot water but still waiting to be fixed a week on. Very slow.

  I had a new boiler and radiators installed. The heating engineers and the electrician namely Connor,Ben and Joe,were very professional and provided top quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend.

  If want your property damaged,work not finished & quality sub standard use these guys!I had let ateb my housing asscociation do work they chose these cowboys,i wasnt at property whilst work being done as had be with family so they a had free run of home,WHAT A MISTAKE!! These guys have poor workmanship,lack respect for personal property.i paid nearly 4k do bathroom &kitchen flooring wasn't done properly,damaged personal goods,threw all belongings into rooms damaging them in process,left offcuts timber inside property left offcut pipe,waste pipes,sawdust offcuts timber in kitchen and through out house,bits wood nails in on floor,workmanship on par with what expect from cowboys.installed new kitchen/bathroom, bathroom id say was ok at best but kitchen was below acceptable.scrathed new worktops,even left mcdonalds wrappers on side,its so bad we're taking out court case on these cowboys and ateb.if live in Pembrokeshire please dont allow them in your home ateb use these guys as sub contractors. And they are totally cowboys,not sure if they'd even have correct paperwork or qualifications to sign off on work as if they do they must paid someone to get it as the workmanship is so so poor. I know I could done it to there standard and I'm not qualified. They didnt even sweep up any sawdust up total bad experience.
