  I was experiencing issues with my central heating and the problem was sorted the very same evening. The issue was fixed quickly and efficiently, and the service throughout was friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

  Very happy with the results we are seeing following the installation of the heat pump and new radiators. The heat pump is maintaining the temperature of the house, it's great to not bother with timers as we had to with our old LPG system. A shout out has to go to Ian and the team for the work that they have done in installing the system. A special shout out to young Lincoln, who had the unfortunate job of fitting and lining the underfloor pipes. Great job all round. We were fortunate to have been awarded the rural grant for the heat pump. If you are considering applying for a grant, I would advise being in constant contact with The Energy Trust to ensure that things like drawdown for the deposits are in place as the company will need this to progress with the work.

  Top drawer service from Ian and the lads! Our combi boiler packed in on a Saturday morning and Ian was out within a couple of hours to access the problem. The boiler was back up and running by the Monday once parts had been sourced.

  Ian and team came to my rescue when I moved into a new house with a poorly optimised Heat Pump that was providing inconsistent low temperature. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the issue through a combination of existing knowledge and talking directly to the manufacturer. Not only this, they even managed to fit in a service too. First class service, professional and thorough. Highly recommended.

  I recently had a new heat pump and boiler installed by I.S Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. My old heat pump was outdated and I had no heating or hot water (other than immersion) Ian came round to assess what would be best for my home. Kerrie followed up with a detailed heat survey, which confirmed everything he recommended. Ian and Jordan carried out the installation, and their work was professional from start to finish. The new system is fantastic, and energy bills are no more expensive than before despite heating being on all the time. My house is consistently warm now, and amazingly, it hasn’t increased my energy bills at all. They also tidied the plumbing and wiring in the attic, which now looks far neater than before. Overall, top-quality service. Thanks Ian and Co!

  Useless, the guy misunderstood the address (even though I provided it in full over the phone during the initial phone call). Went to the wrong address and didn’t even bother to call me to see what’s going on. After waiting for an hour I had to call the company to see what time they are arriving but I was informed they abandoned the job. Ridiculous.

  Hi if you spoke a bit clearer we could have got it right. It sounded like you were saying duke st but after the mix up you had ment to say tuke st! Easy mistake to have made to be fair, however we did attend let it be the wrong address and we did try and call but got no answer! And here we are ! Where you feel the need to come on here and give a negative review when it was a genuine comunnacation error! Shame on you! If this is the kind of person you are i think we dodged a bullet!
