  From the very beginning, Leaf Renewable stood out. Jon was the only person who actually came out to visit my home, look at the property properly, and take the time to understand what I wanted to achieve. That visit made all the difference — instead of offering a basic design like others, he worked with me through several iterations to create a system that used all four aspects of our roof and genuinely maximised the full potential of the property. That collaborative approach meant the final design wasn’t just a standard solar setup — it was a system tailored to how we live, the products we preferred, and the performance we were aiming for. And it shows. After nearly a month of running the system (May), it’s performing well above expectations, and we haven’t used any peak‑rate electricity at all. The installation itself was smooth, well‑organised, and completed to a very high standard. The workmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish are genuinely first class. Everything looks clean, tidy, and professionally done — exactly what you hope for but don’t always get. I would happily recommend Leaf Renewable to anyone looking for a solar and battery installation. If you want a company that listens, designs properly, and delivers quality from start to finish, they’re an excellent choice.

  We had a 13-panel (6kW) and 9kWh battery PV system installed about 6 weeks ago. Great time to install, as the weather has been favourable, and we've bought zero electricity since then! The installation was completed in one day without too much disturbance and is very neat. We chose Leaf primarily because Jon ensured the installation met our requirements, including two visits to discuss the position of the components (in our basement). The price was also competitive and the Sigen app is brilliant!

  Excellent friendly personal service with great info afterwards. All the documents needed provided quickly afterwards so we can start exporting to the grid asap. Highly recommend!

  I can highly recommend Jon, Sean and the team at Leaf Renewable Energy. The advice given and assistance in specifying the equipment to match my individual requirements was excellent.   We've just had 16 panels plus inverter and battery installed by Leaf Renewables. Jon and his team were great throughout, from the initial survey through to installation. Everything was handled professionally, we were kept fully informed, they turned up when they said they would and even a small issue with the scaffolding was dealt with very quickly. The scaffolding was removed the very next day after the install, and we are now enjoying lots of free energy from the sun! Would thoroughly recommend Leaf Renewables to others - very reasonably priced, a great install, and a great local business.

  Sean and Jon from Leaf Renewables were very helpful and straightforward from the get-go. I had 6 vendors on my wish list at the onset but that quickly condensed to 3 serious ones. Sean was extremely supportive in answering all of my queries and guiding me to the most fitting solution for our premises, the tailored package that he settled on fulfilled all my requirements and we agreed on a satisfactory price and installation plan. My son was also impressed and he opted for the same package. Both the installations were completed on schedule and finished to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I thank them for 2 jobs well done!!

  What a pleasant experience it has been to deal with Sean and Jon and their team. Others have mentioned the same, and we can only add more praise. Decent small business. No sales pressure. Answered all my questions and calls professionally. Solar panels, battery and a back up system was installed today. Considerate team and left the place tidy. Worked solidly.
