  Electricians v.pleasant, and friendly. However, they pronounced my PV system 'dead', and would need to consult with senior members of staff. No response was forthcoming, and after chasing them for ten days I finally had a response from an administrator, who told me that the system could not been repaired, and that they could offer me no further assistance (and charged me a total of 108 GBP for the privilege). I have since managed to find an electrician online, who talked me through a reset, and my system seems to be working OK, but I have reservations and would like to be able to call on a local electrician for support/maintenance, but I won't be calling on Terra Energy, unless they can demonstrate customer relations.

  Really happy with the solar and battery installed by the team! Great service from start to finish and I'm glad I was able to have a local company help me out. Thanks to Shaun, Kyle, Laith, Liam Dan and of course Jean.

  We were recommended by a friend and the company did not disappoint. Dan, who prepared the quotation was excellent throughout and technically very competant. The installation (17 panels on S and W facing roofs) took 1 week. The team were very considerate throughout and cleaned up well. Dan also helped setting up the Sigen app and the Octopus app and tariff. A very professional team and highly recommended.
