  We recently had solar panels installed by Orchid Energy Ltd and we are extremely happy with the whole experience. Richard and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. The installation was carried out professionally, neatly, and to a very high standard. The team was punctual, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. Richard also gave us great advice throughout the process, explaining the best options for our property and answering all our questions honestly and clearly. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such good customer service. We would highly recommend Orchid Energy Ltd to anyone considering solar panel installation.   Richard and his team were excellent. Came out to help us with some rewiring of existing solar panels needing moving for renovation work. Really good value for money and happy with the job. Would recommend him and his team.

  I decided to double my solar system battery capacity and needed a competent installer. After reading positive reviews regarding Orchid Energy, a local company which I always prefer, Richard and Patrick popped round to inspect the setup. They gave me clear advice, a rough estimate, timeline and included suggested some wiring tidy / safety work left by original installers there and then. This was followed up by a formal quote and the install done days later. On the day, they arrived as scheduled and after a couple of hours, work completed perfectly and now I am enjoying even lower grid power. Excellent work, definitely use them again for other electrical work. (Photos to follow)

  Great experience with Orchid Energy from start to finish. Patrick and Richard were both excellent throughout the process - knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with.   Orchid Energy, led by Richard, installed a solar PV system whilst our roof was being replaced last summer. Richard and his team were very helpful and professional throughout, from the initial quote through to undertaking the work. He also replaced our elderly fuse box.   Richard and his team at Orchid are true professionals. They worked up a proposal for our 10 block listed apartment complex, answered all questions clearly and promptly and went above and beyond to attend our AGM and explain details to residents. Richard understands the physical and technical side incredibly well and takes the time to give the customer confidence. Very much recommend them.
