  Really happy with the service received from Hallgate when installing my Tesla EV wall charger. The technician arrived at the arranged time and did a great job. Cheaper than other quotes received too! Would definately recommend!

  We have just had solar panels fitted and the team were fantastic a really nice group of lads very polite and did a fab job and the price was really good too I will highly recommend them, first class service Many thanks👍🏻

  Found myself in need of fire alarm parts. While not a distributor and with no obligation to help, the lady on the phone took the time to call one of her colleagues and point me in the right direction. A place where good people definitely reside, I hope you do well.

  Great service from start to finish. The whole team are very easy to work with, and the lads fitting the instal were professional, friendly and helpful. A breath of fresh air to find a company who will work with your best interests at heart. This is the second time Hallgate have worked for us and won't be the last, their standard is consistently excellent.

  Enquired what there hourly rate was, based on what I was told arranged for an electrician to attend at a given appointment time. The electrician arrived 3 hours late, when I got a final invoice found the hourly rate had been almost doubled. Definitely wouldn’t use again.

  Good morning, we appreciate your feedback and we are sorry you were not happy with our service. First of all, apologies for the lateness of our engineer, unfortunately they were called to an urgent call-out that morning that they got caught up on which took priority. I understand that this was not a quoted job and a call out that needed investigating, the engineer was with you for over an hour therefore your invoice was made out for 2 hours plus any materials and professional paperwork required. I understand you have been in touch with a member of our office staff and that they have now credited you an hours labour which I believe you was thankful for. I hope that you find this acceptable and that you can understand we cannot quote an exact price for a call-out that we do not know what the issue is and how long it shall take us.

  I do not usually post a review however, felt the need to do so. The guys that fitted my security equipment were first rate and so friendly. They went above and beyond to explain everything and I couldn't be more pleased.

  All in all, a fantastic service from start to finish. Professional advice and guidance on fittings and labour and excellent assistance with the many ranges on offer. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result was amazing. The fitters were great and have transformed our centre. I would highly recommend

  Got the misfortune of being stuck between two of your drivers in convoy. Nearly got ran off the road by the Red van: KN12 YUK. Honestly an unpleasant experience. Displaying a great image for your firm 👍
