  Very poor. This company hound you to take them up on the offer of a grant and then dont listen to you! A surveyor came out to me under the assumption that I was entitled to a boiler grant. I do not have gas at my property which I explained to at least 3 or 4 different telesales staff. I thought it was solar panels that they would be offering to be told they don't do solar panel grants currently, a total waste of my and the surveyors time!! Listen to your customers' Real Energy!! Further to your response below, I cannot believe the audacity that you would try to say I have been duped! I have evidence in the form of WhatsApp messages and I don't like the implication that you are suggesting that I did not have calls or a surveyor come to my property. You have my details and I would appreciate a phone call and an apology for questioning my integrity.

  recently had a free boiler installed by real energy through a government-backed scheme, and the entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. The team handled the application and paperwork efficiently and kept me updated throughout. They confirmed my eligibility quickly and booked the installation within a week. On the day, the engineers arrived on time, were polite and respectful of my home, and completed the job to a high standard. The installation was quick, clean, and the new boiler is working perfectly, much more efficient than my old system. Even though it was a free service, I felt like a valued customer. No hidden costs, no stress, just great service. I would highly recommend real energy to anyone eligible for a free boiler grant.

  I wouldn't go with this company pass the book from one to the other we are elderly couple left us without heating and no hot water kept ringing them im in Scotland and Wales can't u get a plumber in its still under warranty terrible service we was without heating etc for over a week also only put a single socket on instead of a double
