  Really happy with the service we had from Greenhome. The Heat Geek process was great (they do a great job of simplifying the grant and application info over email), and the accuracy of the solution saved us many £££'s and lots of disruption compared to the big name alternative quotes. Matt and his team installed in a few days, and the process was quick and tidy. They utilised my existing cylinder, and only a couple of rad changes required. All internal parts was easily tidied away in my existing cupboard, and location of ASHP in preferred location outside. Our house now has well balanced heat throughout, which has responded well to a range of outside temperatures, all the while giving us a SCOP of 5+. We have a busy house and the hot water has easily kept up with demand. The savings have been immediately evident, with the Vaillant system and app allowing us to take advantage of some great off peak tariff deals. Matt and the Greenhome team has responded well to after sales questions and overall, took great care in us and ensuring the solution was as optimised as possible. Thanks Greenhome!

  In 2019 we started the renovation of a large house almost 100 years old. The house has ‘history’ and several plumbers walked away because they didn’t know what they didn’t know. Matt didn’t walk. He installed a new boiler, added radiators and two bathrooms and he has been servicing the system every year since. He gets 10 out of 10 for everything he has done. He’s also a nice guy!!
