  Jordan and all the crew from start to finish have been blimin brilliant. Our full respect to Jane for putting up with my calls and troubleshooting all the way through, she has genuinely always had our back and did everything needed to keep communicating with the crew and us as the customer. Was a rough start but things started getting sorted and professionally done. There's always room for improvement but the guys are genuine are very good at what they do. We did hit a few dead spots along the way with wrong fixing brackets for our roof structure, only half the panels working and the communication wiring wasn't correct at the start. But with full tech support and dedicated crew, all the gremlins were ironed out. Would love to give 5 stars but I did have to amend a few extra days off work for the new install dates. Non the less, very happy with the job, stats are looking great! And just received all the documents to get registered for feed in tariff :) Thank you so much Solar 365. Would always recommend.

  Who knew having solar panels installed could be so straightforward?! Rewind a few months and I was being convinced by a major energy supplier to spend buckets of money with them for their solar system. SOLAR365 then popped up on Instagram and I took a chance and called Jordan for a comparison. The sales visit was relaxed and informative, not a pitch at all. Everything I asked for was possible, whereas with the major supplier their overseas sales-centre just designed by number. I decided to use SOLAR365 because they were small, local, friendly, helpful and informative - all the things the things the major supplier wasn't. Oh, and they were cheaper - I ended up with a better, larger system, for a lot less money. The install was quick, easy, efficient and not at all disruptive. The team were professional and their visit was bookended by a call from Jane [new Ops Mgr] who was helpful and informative - she just wanted to confirm all was well. I do not normally write Google reviews, but wanted to for SOLAR365. I would definitely recommend them... and I already have to three of my friends. Book them in while you can.

  Excellent customer service from start to finish. Straight forward polite sales, no pressure tactics. Thoroughly pleased with the fitting team. I would definetly recommend this local company. I've already referred them to my friends and family. Many thanks Jordan and the team.

  Very efficient and thorough operation in my dealings. No delays of any kind, everything went exactly as planned. From my initial sales visit by Claire the operation was slick and professional. Right through to the finished installation of the panels the project took only 10 days. There was no dreaded pressure selling by anyone, which made it a much more pleasing experience.

  Great company to deal with.. not pushy, informative, answered all the questions I threw at them. They still arrived the day they were expected even though the weather wasn't great, tidy throughout the job and Jordan was especially helpful when I needed to clarify a few things. 10x better than the 2 other companies I looked at previously.. cheers chaps !

  From the initial relaxed yet informative first chat through to the removal of the scaffolding, on time, 10 days later Solar 365 were everything I could have wished for in a market that isn't the easiest to navigate. Jordan deal with my initial enquiry, following up with a visit to see me and explain the options and process. He took time to answer all of my questions in a way that helped me make an informed decision, rather than feeling I was choosing from a menu partially blindfolded; something I'd struggled with up to that point. The quotation was clearly explained, with everything included, and I was pleasantly surprised. True to his word there was no pressure at all, just a service that gave the confidence this was a company I wanted to buy a service from, which I did. The booking process was slick, with everything running exactly as described, the installation of the scaffolding following on seamlessly a few days later. on the day of the installation everyone that worked on, and in my property couldn't have been friendlier, more professional or more attentive, all an absolute credit to the company. I can't recommend Solar 365 highly enough, they made it a pleasure to do business with them, something that most organizations seem to completely miss nowadays, thankyou!
