  Ben and his team were swift to reply and arrange a site visit. The whole process was very efficient and the unit was delivered to Ben’s office within days. The installation team worked hard to complete the installation without having to return the following day and they assisted me setting up the app. From contacting Ben to having the unit installed took a little over a week compared to that of another company who had estimated 6 weeks. Very happy and the colour choice (Cornish Cream) is a good neutral colour against the sandstone wall and white garage door. Would definitely recommend Ben and his team.

  My experience with Integrity Energy Solutions for my solar panel and battery installation project was exceptional. Ben provided clear and consistent communication throughout every stage, from the initial survey and quotation to the G99 application, installation, and final paperwork. All inquiries were addressed quickly and efficiently, streamlining what is typically a complex process and minimising stress. The entire installation team (Scaffolders, Roofers, and Electricians) were punctual, highly efficient, and maintained clear communication regarding their progress. A notable point of efficiency was the immediate removal of the scaffolding the day following installation, which often causes delays with other providers. Ben personally managed the complete G99 application process prior to installation and, on the day of completion, promptly supplied all necessary information and certificates for my MPAN export, including detailed instructions for finalising the application with Octopus. I would certainly recommend Ben and his team to anyone looking to undertake this type of work.

  Can not praise this company enough, after nearly giving up on getting solar panels . We had one last try , Ben came out give all facts and figures with no hidden costs . We had scaffolding up on the Tuesday. Solar panels Wednesday, electrics Thursday. Friday all tested and scaffolding taken down and all cleaned up . As Ben knew we wanted to export electric back to grid even after solar panels have been fitted he is still helping us to get everything sorted . Best decision we made

  A highly professional small business that went above and beyond to help with the relocation of our inverter and replacement faulty batteries on our solar panel system. The original company that installed our system went into liquidation last year and we were left in limbo. On finding Integrity Energy Solutions we knew we were in excellent hands. The owner came out to assess our issues, reassure us, gave us a plan and explained the whole process. Jen communicated with us throughout the process and the two lads who relocated our inverter and fitted the replacement batteries were diligent and hardworking. We cannot thank IES enough. It’s so reassuring that this small local company is in our area and 100% recommend them. Thanks again to everyone at IES.

  Integrity by name, integrity they showed when dealing with my request. Where others try and sell you via short term marketing, Ben offered a genuine service for which I'm very grateful for. It wasn't the right time for me to begin my solar journey, but when it is, I will only deal with IES.

  Very positive experience of hiring Integrity Energy Solutions to fit solar panels plus battery system and EV charger at our property (an older house). The team was attentive at all stages, consulting us when needed because of unforeseen issues, and providing excellent and detailed instructions and aftercare. IES came recommended to us through a friend and I would recommend without hesitation to others. There are a lot of companies advertising suspiciously cheap prices for identikit solutions, but IES is what you need if you want personal attention to detail, careful client relations, plus a system that will reliably fit your property and circumstances for the long-term.
