  I changed my mind within 1 hour of agreeing to go ahead. I kept saying "I feel like I'm missing something. It all sounds too good to be true and why isn't everyone else doing this ....." Solar energy is definitely a good choice but when you end up getting tied into a 35 yr contract and paying again and again for your installation that's a problem in my books. No I'm not a customer so why are you not refunding my £500. Check as many reviews as you can. Check how long this company has been registered. Yes you will save on your electricity bill but you exchange that for a 35yr finance agreement which you can't pay off early. It really doesn't make sense with Creativ Energy

  Professional from the start to the end. Sales people not pushy will take you through every detail and are not afraid to answer your question. Scaffolders don’t bother you, they just get on with it. Fitters for the solar panels were finished in one day they helped to download the app and showed helped us the whole process. Very happy Thanks

  Couldn’t recommend Creativ Energy enough! Nikki came to do our initial consultation and was an absolute dream. She was able to guide us through every detail and step of the process in a way that made it seem intuitive and straightforward - and that’s saying something considering I usually find these things quite challenging to grasp! She was able to create our customised quote and guide us through all of our options so we felt confident in every decision every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with the package we were presented and can’t wait to be Creativ Energy beneficiaries and lifelong solar users! Would recommend them to anyone - especially Nikki!
