  Had loft insulation alomg with other things such as loft hatch made bigger and new extractor fans fitted everything apart from joiners work on loft hatch was fine but loft hatch is no dangerously unstable was told joiner will come to rectify and was a no show ino work was carried out with a grant but that is still you being paid work needs to be repaired

  What a great service. Excellent communication from start to finish. The install team put in long hours to minimise disruption. Our house is now lovely and warm and will cost less to run. A big thank you to all involved it’s been great from start to finish.I would definitely recommend DPS Energy & Heating and would gladly have them work at my property again.

  We had an air source heat pump installed along with new radiators, solar panels, insulation and air vents. We received excellent service from the start of all the paperwork to the finished installation. We are well satisfied and would recommend the firm, with a special mention to Mark, the fitter. He did an excellent job and looked after us throughout and made sure we understood the system.

  Received excellent customer care from the team.Had loft insulation and numerous vents installed at my property. Special mention to George and Simon who were very professional and polite treating my home with upmost respect .Hard working and knowledgeable of the work they carried out.

  Please please stay away. They fitted a heating system in my mums house 3yrs ago. Control board has failed and other faults have occurred Leaving a vulnerable pensioner with no hot water or heater for a week, boiling pans for a bath because they removed the electric shower !!Emailed a few times asking why the boiler has failed at such a young age and no response. Takes two mins to send a email to help but nothing from them. If the email was for a new quote bet they would have got back strait away but no they will just let the pensioner freeze and unable to wash. Taken to trading standards

  Good Morning Brandon, thank you for taking time to leave us a review. Firstly I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the faults you are experiencing. We can clarify that our head of eco manager has got in touch with you on 29/10 to directly address the matter. All of our customers receive a 12 month workmanship warranty with us to repair any faults or issues with the install. We also register every heating system we install with the manufacturer to generate a 2 year warranty for parts and manufacturer faults which can be extended directly by the customer if they are interested in doing so. Unfortunately your warranty with us has now expired, but our manager has provided with you with the relevant contact details for the manufacturer to discuss the best action to take to rectify this for you. Again, I send our deepest apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you

  Damage was coursed but engineers, holes left in bedroom floor,landing carpet folded back on itself then walked all over it coursing deed creases that won't come out,pipe work left for apprentice to do not done properly or checked by main engineer.i rang office to complain they weren't interested. I've had to pay tradesman to put right the damage, money is hadn't got.

  DPS were our recommended contractor for some cavity wall insulation we had applied to have done as part of an energy saving grant. Everyone we spoke to was super efficient and friendly and the work was carried out to a really high standard. Would definitely recommend.

  Great company very fast efficient all the tradesman where friendly, efficient and nothing too much trouble everywhere was cleaned up after themselves would recommend them if you want a great job going!!!! Had boiler, loft insulation and extractor fans supplied and fitted.
