5Keith Rogers and his team were extremely helpful throughout when the solar cable got snipped accidentally . Keith responded very quickly to my emails and arranged for an electrician very swiftly and got the job done George ( electrician) attended and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. He explained everything clearly and got the solar system back up running . Really appreciate the excellent customer support, quick response and professionalism from start to finish . 5I have genuinely been so impressed with the service received from the team at Insta regarding my solar panel and battery install. The team are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and have done a fantastic job from start to finish. Jack was really great at getting us a good quote and giving us all the information we needed to make a decision and the install team were great - efficient, knowledgeable and couldnt do enough for us (a shout out to George who did the electrics as he was fantastic!!). I would highly recommend the Insta team for any solar/battery installs - so much so ive already recommended them to family who are booking in installs with them now!!

5InstaGroup serviced my boiler and installed/moved a new hot water tank. The team were super friendly, really efficient and gave me recommendations on how I can save money off my energy bill. Can’t rate them highly enough!

5Recently had some loft insulation installed by insta group. Very pleased with the whole process. Was contacted very quickly after my initial inquiry by Jack Gibson-Barton in the office to talk through what was needed and the survey was booked for a few days later. Surveyor was on time very helpful and explained the work that was needed and took me through the costs etc. Actual installation was done last week and again installer turned up on time, went through the work that was to be undertaken and then shared photos of the completed work. Would recommend.

1If you're receiving a funded/free service, DO NOT USE INSTAGROUP - An absolutely appalling level of service. Insta installed a Worcester boiler for my elderly parents, and ever since, trying to book even a basic service has been a nightmare. It feels like the entire company relies on a single engineer. This same engineer serviced the boiler around six months ago. When issues arose again recently, we were told the problem was with the heat pump, not the boiler. Rather than clearly stating they didn’t want to handle the job, they claimed they’d send a quote. It took three weeks—and multiple calls from my 81-year-old father—before anything arrived. When the quote finally came through by post, my father (and elderly mother who hadn't had any heating or hot water during this time) called to approve the work, only to be told by Insta that they would never send quotes by post and were, in fact, passing the job onto another company. The company we were referred to had no idea what work was needed and no background information at all. The owners should be ashamed of what this company has become. Furthermore I will be reporting them to the energy ombudsman.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear this feedback, and we take comments like this very seriously, as this is certainly not how we operate. Following your review, we have investigated the situation carefully to ensure we fully understand what has happened. Your boiler was installed by InstaGroup in 2013 under a fully funded ECO scheme. Since then, we have provided servicing and attended to your system, most recently in March this year, when it was left in good working order. At that time, our engineer explained that the pump may need replacing in the future. A quote was provided for this work, which is a complex job, and you were also advised to contact your local authority for additional support, as they are often best placed to assist elderly residents with heating and essential system upgrades. To ensure you were not left without assistance while our engineer was unavailable, we arranged for a trusted partner (Volt) to attend. Our records show that their quotation was declined. In the meantime, it is important to note that the immersion heater provides hot water while further options are explored. We remain committed to supporting our customers wherever possible and always want to ensure residents feel cared for. Alongside our help, local councils can sometimes provide extra assistance through specialist schemes for elderly households, and we encourage exploring these options too. 1After five vists to the house with a promise of home insulation no work done .Please dont use this company folks.You will regret it .Peter doesnt know what Pauls done on phone so to speak ,, the poor work lads who come to work on the house get played on too.

5Nice place for a delivery. Plenty of turning space (As long as your early and the car park is empty). Nice friendly staff.
